After Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Sonam Kapoor gears up for the release of her next film Neerja - a biopic of air-hostess Neerja Bhanot.
In the film, Sonam will be seen in the titular role of a young flight attendant, who was shot dead by the hijackers while she was fighting for the lives of her passengers on board a Pan Am Fight on 5 September 1986
In an exclusive interview with Catch, the actress discussed her upcoming film, directed by Ram Madhvani.

But he didn't want to make something which he could not believe in, so he decided to make this biopic on Neerja Bhanot".
The biographical film also stars Shabana Azmi, who plays Neerja's mother.
"It is a brilliant film and it is probably the best film I have done in my life. It is about a hijack, but I cannot speak much about it right now," Kapoor said
The first look of Sonam Kapoor was released recently. Her look garnered a lot of praises from all sections of the industry. Fox Star Studios is yet to officially announce the release date of the film.
