Actor-producer Sohum Shah became a popular name in the film industry with his 2018 released film Tumbbad. The actor is currently busy shooting for Abhishek Bachchan starrer The Big Bull. Sohum Shah didn't take much time to say yes to the film. In a recent interview, he said that the film despite being set in the world of stocks and shares, the film is entertaining and engaging fare.
The actor is playing stockbroker in the film which is reportedly based on Harshad Mehta. While the actor is enjoying his time on shooting, he is also planning to turn producer once again. He said that he and his team is planning to Tumbbad as franchise with making its prequel and sequel. However, they have not finalized the story yet.
Interestingly, Sohum Shah played a middle-aged greedy man in Tummbad who died in the end due to his greed of gold. The film was appreciated a lot by critics and the audience also. The film also had a horror story in the backdrop.
On the other hand, The Big Bull has Abhishek Bachchan in the leading role and it will be made under the banner of Ajay Devgn's production house. Sohum recently has wrapped the shooting of Delhi schduled of the film that will be directed by Kookie Gulati.
