Simmba director Rohit Shetty credited all his success and achievements to this man from the film industry
Rohit Shetty is now the blockbuster director of Bollywood film industry and thanks to the success of his recently released film Simmba, he is the only director in the film industry who has given 8 blockbuster films. However, he also proved that how he manages the stardom of stars like Ranveer Singh, Ajay Devgn, and Akshay Kumar in the film Simmba. Although, Ranveer Singh led the film but Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar's cameos are something that audience loved.
Talking about the business of the film, Rohit Shetty directorial film collected 173.15 crores in only 9 days. The film soon will enter 200 crore club. Rohit Shetty had worked with Ajay Devgn in 11 films including Simmba where Ajay had a brief cameo. Rohit Shetty recently shared what it his equation with Ajay Devgn and also said that nobody can take Ajay Devgn's place in his life.
DNA quoted Rohit Shetty, “No one can take Ajay’s place. He’s been a great support system to me. Whatever I’m today is because of him. Other than that, I’m working with a lot of people and making new friends. Ranveer is like a younger brother. But Ajay will always be special. It’s not about the kind of performer or the star that he is, it’s not a comparison between two stars or heroes. He is like my elder brother and that can never change.”
Here Rohit Shetty also shared what is his future projects and what is the status of his next directorial film Sooryavanshi starring Akshay Kumar. He said, “Yes. We will finalise the script shortly. We’re working on another instalment of Golmaal and planning something else too. I’m juggling with three-four things. I will direct one while the rest will be our production.”
