Shah Rukh khan has no film after Zero, Salute goes to Akshay Kumar
One hand there are superstars like Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, and Aamir Khan who have totally booked till 2020. Even Ranbir Kapoor is also booked with several projects, but there is Shah Rukh Khan who has no projects after 2018.
Earlier there were the reports that Shah Rukh Khan will start the shooting of Rakesh Sharma's biopic Salute but it looks like that now he has decided to move on from the film. Now according to the reports, the makers of Salute have approached Akshay Kumar for the biopic Salute.
Even there was a film of Shimit Amin fame of Chak De India that is going to be made in Yash Raj Films and it was also offered to Shah Rukh Khan but now even that film has gone to Akshay Kumar. In this film, Kareena Kapoor to play the role of Akshay Kumar's wife.

The worst thing is that even reports were that Bhansali is going to make a film for Shah Rukh Khan but now after Padmaavat and PadMan thing happened, Bhansali already has offered Rowdy Rathore 2 to Akshay Kumar. So all in all in Shah Rukh Khan doesn't have any film after Aanand L Rai's Zero. Zero is supposed to hit the screens on 21st December 2018.
