Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri convert their personal office into quarantine centre amid COVID-19 outbreak

As Coronavirus is taking a toll on India celebs are busy helping the government in fighting the deadly virus. Celebs including Akshay Kumar, Shah Rukh Khan, Mahesh Babu, Prabhas, Ram Charan among others have contributed a large amount to help the needy people and the doctors in this crisis. However, SRK has gone a step further in helping the government.

After contributing to CM Relief Fund and PM CARES Fund now both husband and wife i.e SRK and Gauri have turned their 4-storey personal office into the quarantine centre for elderly people, women and children. Announcing the same BMC took to its Twitter followed by Red Chillies Entertainment and reshared the news. BMC wrote, “#StrongerTogether We thank @iamsrk & @gaurikhan for offering their 4-storey personal office space to help expand our Quarantine capacity equipped with essentials for quarantined children, women & elderly. Indeed a thoughtful & timely gesture.”

SRK is not just providing with space but he is also providing the equipment for medical workers, test kits and meals to those who are homeless. This kind gesture has won millions of heart of not just his fans but also the ministers and we can see them thanking the actor for going a step further in helping the government fight the novel coronavirus.

As soon as this news broke out netizens on Twitter was trending #SRKOfficeForQuarantine and applauded his move. Well, this shows the unity that in time of need the whole nation is standing together to fight the virus.

 

Meanwhile, by now India has crossed 3000 positive cases with 86 deads and 2,767 active cases.
