Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanjay Dutt biopic Sanju is doing really great at the box office and this film of Rajkumar Hirani is getting appreciation all over the critics and the audience. The film has crossed 150 crores mark at the box office in five opening days.
According to the early trends, the Rajkumar Hirani directorial film Sanju collected 22 crores on its fifth day, and with this now the film stands with 177 crores. The film has even broken several box office records, and there is no doubt that this film will easily break the 300 crore mark at the box office.
Too early to predict the *lifetime biz* of #Sanju... Will it surpass Hirani’s highest grosser #PK? Will it challenge #Dangal [highest *Hindi* grosser after #Baahubali2]? Much depends on how #Sanju fares in Week 2... It’s a wait-and-watch situation right now!— taran adarsh (@taran_adarsh) July 3, 2018
This film also has become highest five days grosser of this year. Even after completing the first week, the film will also become Ranbir Kapoor's highest grossing film after beating Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani. The film is made on the budget of 100 crores and it already has crossed 150 crores so whatever now the film will earn that will be counted as the profit.
However, what we have to see will this film be able to break Rajkumar Hirani's own film PK's lifetime box office record or not. Till now Rajkumar Hirani's 2 films PK and 3 Idiots have entered 300 crores club and if the same happens with Sanju then no doubt Hirani is the biggest hit director of Bollywood.
