Sanjay is in favour of having a bigger actor play negative lead in his comeback film, Bhoomi

Ever since Sanjay Dutt came back from the jail after completing his sentence there has been a lot of reports of his comeback in Bollywood. Recently it was announced that the actor will start shooting for his film Bhoomi from next month. It is a sensitive story on father -daughter relationship and is being directed by Omung Kumar. A source says, "The casting for the film is underway, after doing the main casting, we have been looking to finalise rest of the cast. We have approached Sharad Kelkar to play villain in the film and looks like he will do it."

It is said that Sanjay who is really looking forward to his comeback has been taking quite a lot of interest in casting and is wanting to have a bigger star to play antagonist in the film. A source says, "Sharad fits the bill perfectly, but now makers are also approaching other actors before finalising him. So the process of casting villain will take some time."

Earlier Dutt was supposed to make his comeback with Siddharth Anand's untitled project, but the project was reportedly shelved due to casting issues. For Bhoomi too there were many rumours that how the makers had approached Alia Bhatt and Athiya Shetty to play Sanjay's daughter but both refused to do the film.
