Salman Khan rents out his property for 80 lakhs a month!
Salman Khan had bought a property a few years ago in Bandra for Rs. 120 crore. The actor then demolished the building and and constructed it up as a commercial premise. After completing all the formalities he has reportedly rented it out to Future’s Group for five years for Rs. 80 lakhs per month and the group has paid 2.4 crore of deposit to him.
Salman’s father Salim Khan is said to have completed all formalities on behalf of Salman last week. The property has been rented out for the current rent for five years and after that the rent will increase.
On the work front, Salman flew to Morocco from New York after attending the IIFA awards ceremony earlier this week. The actor has started preparing for the second schedule of Ali Abbas Zafar’s Tiger Zinda Hai with Katrina Kaif. It is said to be a 40 days long schedule and he will be shooting in Morocco and Abu Dhabi for some action sequences.
