Rohit Shetty doesn't feel Dilwale was a flop

Rohit Shetty directed film Dilwale was a much-anticipated film of the year 2015 and there were huge expectations from the film which stars Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. Even the promotions of the film were on a different level but after the release, the film failed to impress the audience.

The film collected more than 250 crores only in India but after seeing its huge budget, it was declared as the average at the box office. However, director Rohit Shetty believes that Dilwale was a hit film at the box office and it did more than 300 crores business.

Recently in a media interaction when Rohit Shetty was asked that if Dilwale's box office collection affected his relationship with Shah Rukh Khan, he said Dilwale was not a flop film.

According to the director, if the box office collection is kept in view, Dilwale was not a flop film and it doesn't take a lot of time for any publication to write negatively about anyone.
