Raabta vs Jolly LLB 2 clash averted! Solo release for Akshay Kumar film

Sushant Singh Raput's Raabta was supposed to clash with Akshay Kumar's Jolly LLB 2 on 10 February 2017 i.e. Valentine's Day weekend.

However, in an exclusive interaction with Catch, Rajput revealed that the two films are not clashing and the release date of Raabta will be announced soon.

"No. It is not clashing with Jolly LLB. These are just rumours. People just tend to assume things," said Sushant.

The actor, who is gearing up for the release of MS Dhoni: The Untold Story further revealed that clashing make no sense when the film makers decide to play dirty games by going against each other. He explained,

"Box office clashes are all about intent. If filmmakers come together instead of going against each other when their film is clashing, they can do more business."

Raabta, directed by Dinesh Vijan, also stars Kriti Sanon in lead.
