Mira Rajput delivers a baby girl. Shahid Kapoor gushes over his family on Twitter

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput announced the birth of their baby girl late on 26 August. The child was born at Hinduja Healthcare Surgical Centre in Khar, Mumbai.
According to media reports, the newborn weighs around 2.8 kg. Shahid Kapoor took to Twitter to express his happiness. He tweeted:
"She has arrived and words fall short to express our happiness. Thank you for all your wishes."
The couple tied the knot in July 2015. During the promotions for Udta Punjab earlier this year, Shahid confirmed that the couple were expecting their first child.
