Krrish 4: Hrithik Roshan blocks Christmas 2018 for super-hero film

Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan have blocked the Christmas 2018 slot for India's first superhero franchise, Krrish 4 . The movie will release on 21 December 2018.

The movie will go on floors after the release of Kaabil and Rakesh Roshan is currently busy developing the screenplay for the superhero film. A picture of Ganapati in Krrish avatar making the rounds on social media motivated Roshan to start work on the fourth installment at the earliest. While speaking to a leading daily, he said,

"When my wife showed me Bappa's picture, it reaffirmed my belief that Krrish is the original superhero we have. It boosted my confidence and inspired me to make the fourth installment."

The director also confessed that work on Krrish 4 had already begun during the auspicious festival of Ganapati.

"Ganesha is also called the God of auspicious beginnings. I guess this was his way of saying that we have his blessings for Krrish 4."

The music of Krrish 4 will be composed by Rajesh Roshan.
