Khaali Peeli: Commando villain Jaideep Ahlawat to play a negative role in Ishaan Khatter and Ananya Panday starrer
Ishaan Khatter and Ananya Panday have collaborated for Ali Abbas Zafar's next production venture Khaali Peeli. The film will be a romantic action drama and Ishaan and Ananya Panday will make a fresh pair. Maqbool Khan one of assistant director of Ali Abbas Zafar will direct the film. According to the latest buzz, Raazi actor Jaideep Ahlawat has roped to play the villain in Khaali Peeli.
Ali Abbas Zafar said that Jaideep Ahlawat is an amazing actor who perfectly suits the role and he is good in negative space also. He is like a quintessential Indian villain and he will have a very significant part in the film. While on the other hand, Jaideep Ahlawat said that he is looking forward to working the young lads and he says that he has not done something like that earlier and it will be amazing to do this challenging role.
This will be the first time when Ishaan Khatter and Ananya Panday are coming together and they have a rough look in the film. The film will be mainly shot in Mumbai and it will only be started after Ishaan and Ananya will complete their other projects.
This is also Ali Abbas Zafar's first production venture and Ali revealed that he had spent around one year only in scripting before going to a casting. While talking about Jaideep Ahlawat he had worked in films like Raees, Raazi, Commando, Gangs Of Wasseypur. He played the villain in Commando and he was appreciated a lot for his performance in the film.
