Kabir Singh actor Shahid Kapoor responds to director Sandeep Reddy Vanga's controversial comment

However, the director has got flooded with the negative response through his comment on the controversy. Many have even called that he proves people like Kabir Singh and Arjun Reddy exists in the world. The director is receiving flake from all over the nation and even actress like Samantha Ruth Prabhu has shown her disappointment with the statement.

Recently, when Shahid Kapoor was asked about the same then he accepted that his character in Kabir Singh is toxic. Shahid said that he was just playing the character as an artist and don't endorse, subscribe or even glorify his behaviour. His character is flawed and it is great that people are aware of that fact. He just wanted to give masses a different style of experience and it is great that he succeeded in the same.
