Juhi Chawla recommends yoga

Juhi shares tips about how yoga has helped her stay mentally and physically fit.

Juhi Chawla has recently been training for Pilates under her Pilates instructor and Strength Instructor Jui Inamdar. The actress has been practicing Iyengar yoga for over a decade and now she is trying the new-age form of workout from past few weeks

Juhi says, “Physical and mental fitness is of prime importance in my life. I’ve read and tried a variety of things and religiously been practising Iyengar yoga for 10 years now. When I was a kid, I used to think yoga was for old people, but really didn’t know the magic of yoga. I strongly recommend, if you want to be together, focused, be able to concentrate & be calm in this chaotic world and manage all the craziness in the world, try yoga or any form of exercise that you will do religiously.”

About Pilates Juhi says, “It was after an injury while shooting some time back, I learnt from a friend that I should try Pilates. I’m training under Jui Inamdar. It is a happy feeling. My body is changing and has become more flexible now.”
