Is Sridevi keeping a check on Jhanvi’s debut?

Sridevi is apparently regularly following up with Karan Johar about her daughter’s film

 Sridevi’s daughter Jhanvi Kapoor will be making her debut with Karan Johar’s film. There have been many speculations on whether Jhanvi will be featured in Student of The Year 2 or Sairat’s Hindi remake along with Ishaan Khatter. Though it is yet not clear which movie she will do but it is said that her mother intends to keep a close watch on her . A source says, “Sridevi shares good relation with Karan and she is constantly in touch with him. She has requested him to keep her updated about all developments related to the film. Karan too has agreed to her request and is looking after this project and giving enough attention, although he is not going to direct the film.”

 Recently in one of her promotional interviews, Sridevi confirmed that Jhanvi will be making her debut with Karan’s banner. In the meanwhile, Jhanvi has remained in news not only for starting her career in acting but also for being spotted and linked to different male friends in the past.
