Happy Navroze: Bollywood stars who have got little 'Parsi' in them

Holi, Diwali, Eid, Christmas - we're always curious about how Bollywood stars celebrate festivals. So why should Nowruz be left behind?

Here are some celebs who mark Nowruz festivities every year. Maybe it's because they have some Parsi in them?

Amyra Dastur: The 22-year-old actress debuted in Bollywood opposite Prateik Babbar in 2013 film Issaq. Her last film was Mr. X opposite actor Emraan Hashmi.

Boman Irani: Acclaimed Bollywood actor, Boman Irani is known for films like Don, Munna Bhai MBBS, 3 Idiots and most recently PK and Happy New Year.

Cyrus Broacha: He is a popular TV anchor. Broacha has also ventured into theatre and literature. He is also a prankster, best known for his show Bakra on MTV.

Homi Adjania: He is a Bollywood director known for films like Being Cyrus (that earned him critical appreciation), Cocktail and most recently Deepika Padukone starrer Finding Fanny.

Mehr Jesia: The lady is former Miss India and an Indian supermodel, who is known for her dusky charm in the industry. She is married to Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal.

Nauheed Cyrusi: Born in UK, Nauheed is a VJ, model and Bollywood actress. She is best known for her 2000 music video Piya Basanti.

Perizaad Zorabian: Known for her character in Subhash Ghai's acclaimed film Jogger's Park (2003), Zorabian is considered one of the most beautiful Bollywood actresses by many. She has also acted in a Chinese film, Bandung Sonata, in which she played Indira Gandhi.

Sanaya Irani: Television actress, known for her innocent on screen characters, Sanaya Irani has got a great fan following amongst Indian Television viewers.

Shiamak Davar: An Indian choreographer, noted as one of the first to bring contemporary jazz and western forms of dances to India, Shiamak Davar is known as the guru of contemporary dance in India. He recently choreographed the dance sequences for the Hollywood blockbuster Mission Impossible 4.

Farah Khan: One of the successful filmmakers in Bollywood, Farah Khan is of Parsi descent because her mother Maneka was born into an Irani, Zoroastrian family.

Farhan Akhtar: One of the leading Bollywood actors today, Akhtar is a successful filmmaker, singer, producer, lyricist and a TV anchor too. He has also got a little Parsi in himself because his mother Honey Irani belongs to the Zoroastrian community. He is the maternal cousin of Farah Khan.
