Gully Boy Box Office Collection Day 4: Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt film recovers its budget

Post Pulwama attack the Bollywood also has faced a strong backfire and the films at the box office have witnessed the same. One hand, when Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer Gully Boy got an amazing opening with the collection of 18 crores, but it failed to get momentum on the second day. However, on the third day, the audience came back to the theaters with a bang.

According to the early trends, the film Gully Boy has got a massive response from the audience on its first weekend, Sunday. According to the trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film Gully Boy collected around 21.30 crores on its fourth day. With this the total collection of the reaches to 72.45 crores. The film surely has recovered its budget and now whatever the film will be earning it will be counted as its profit.

 

Although, it also going to be Ranveer Singh's back to back third 100 crore film followed by Padmaavat starring alongside Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor, and Simmba starring Sara Ali Khan. Ranveer Singh's last three films have been directed by the best in the business. One hand Padmaavat and Simmba were directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Rohit Shetty respectively, then Gully Boy had directed by Zoya Akhtar.

Significantly, Gully Boy is director Zoya Akhtar's second collaboration with Ranveer Singh after Dil Dhadakne Do starring Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar, and Anushka Sharma in the leading roles.
