Ganesh Acharya Porn Video Controversy: FIR filed against choreographer for sexually assaulting woman

From past a month, Bollywood’s talented choreographer Ganesh Acharya is hitting the headlines for various reason such as his feud with Saroj Khan and when a woman accused him of forcing her to watch porn in his office. Once again the choreographer is back in news and for a new reason as per the reports, a woman choreographer alleged of sexual harrassment during her 90s.

The lady has filed the case against Ganesh at Mumbai’s Amboli Police Station, the complaint alleged choreographer of coercing her into having sex in 1990, however, she escaped the situation on time. The woman also revealed the name of two women who beat her during an event of the Indian Film and Television Choreographers Association in Andheri on 26th January.

As of now, no one has been arrested. The Additional Commissioner of Police, Manoj Sharma said, "We have registered an FIR against Ganesh Acharya and two others and further investigation is underway.”

The case has been registered under the Section 354-A (sexual harassment), 345-C (Watching or capturing the image of a woman engaging in a private act), 354-D (Stalking), 506 (Criminal intimidation) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman).

When asked Ganesh Acharya over the allegation he rubbished all the accusation and stated that he will be soon filing a defamation case against the complainant.
