Firangi Box Office Collection: Kapil Sharma's film tanked, Is Sunil Grover's fight behind it?

The television superstar Kapil Sharma once again made comeback on the silver screen with his newly released film Firangi, but this time this comedy king has failed to make his charm work at the box office. The Comedy venture of Kapil Sharma hit the screens on 1st December and now the film is nearing the completion of its first week at the box office.

The film has just collected 8.15 crores in just five days at the box office and that is surely a shocking figure for Kapil Sharma. Kapil Sharma's first film Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karun was a blockbuster at the box office despite the fact that it was his first film the audience went to watch the film on the silver screen.

According to some trade analysts, the final result of the film is that the Kapil Sharma's second film Firangi has tanked at the box office and there are many reasons behind it. Some are saying that the audience has not reached the theatres due to the 'not-interesting' trailer and even the promos were not good enough to attract the audience.

On the other hand, many are saying that the personal spats of Kapil Sharma have changed the image of the star in the public eye and maybe this could be the reason because of which fans are not interested in watching Kapil Sharma on the silver screen. This is to notice that Kapil had to a face a tough time when he had a most discussed fight with co-comedian and actor Sunil Grover.
