Day wise box-office collection:

  • Saturday: $ 4.3 million
  • Sunday: $ 4.88 million
  • Total: $ 11.30 million

Before its release in China, the worldwide collections of Dangal stood at Rs 750 crore (including Taiwan) and the film stands a chance to become the first ever Bollywood film to gross over Rs 1000 crore. After the opening weekend in China, the worldwide collections of Dangal stand approximately at Rs 815 crore.

Given the reviews as well as audience response in China, Dangal might breach past the $ 35 million mark.
