Brahmastra actor Alia Bhatt to collaborate with Aamir Khan in Osho biopic; read details inside
Earlier we reported that Kapoor & Sons Since 1921 fame director Shakun Batra is planning to direct a biopic on late godman, Bhagwan Rajneesh, popularly known as Osho. It was also told that producer Karan Johar will bring the story of Osho biopic. While the film is in the scripting stage and we heard that the makers have decided to cast Aamir Khan in the leading role.
Even reports also suggest that besides Aamir Khan, Brahmastra actress Alia Bhatt is also being considered for the leading role. Earlier the film is in the discussions for the casting as since the audience got to know about it that Aamir Khan is going to play Osho in the film it has raised buzz.
It is being told that Alia Bhatt is being considered for the role of Ma Anand Sheela, the secretary of Godman Osho. One close source to Filmfare qouted, “Aamir Khan is known to be a perfectionist with his work which is why the makers are planning to take someone exceptionally talented in the younger lot of actors. Alia Bhatt is supremely talented and she can be the perfect choice for the role.”

While on the other hand both the actors Aamir Khan and Alia Bhatt are busy in their different projects, Thugs of Hindostan and Brahmstra respectively. Thugs of Hindostan also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif, Fatima Sana Shaikh in the leading roles.
