Yesterday, the director Ali Abbas, Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif went live on social media to promote their film. The trio answered various questions of fans that they asked during their live video.

One question that stole the limelight was when Katrina was how much time she took to prepare for her role Kumud Raina in Bharat. To this Katrina answered that she had two months to prepare for the role and when her physicality for the movie was cracked down everything fell in place. But it seems Salman doesn't want to end the answer here so he intervened and was quite upfront in his remark that Priyanka Chopra didn't give them much time to work on it.

Priyanka exited from the film due to her marriage with her then boyfriend now husband Nick Jonas and due to her Hollywood commitments and this is not the first time Salman took a jibe on her, several times before also he has blamed Priyanka for leaving the film.

Katrina further talked about her character in the film where she will make her entry in the era of 1975 just like Salman Khan even Katrina will have not five but three different roles 1975, 1990 and 2010. She added in all three their will be slight distinction in her character but when it comes to 2010 where she is all old it was that portion which undertaken carefully as not just the outlook but also the body posture and mindset matters.

Apart from Salman and Katrina, Bharat also stars Disha Patani, Sunil Grover, Tabu, Varun Dhawan in cameo among others. The film is slated to hit the theatres on the eve of eid that is 5th June this year.
