The Hindi ( dubbed ) version of S S Rajamouli's magnum opus Baahubali has completed 50 days and is still going strong at many centers in India. The film has made history as it is the first ever dubbed film to make an entry in to the 100 crore plus club, proving that content, and not stardom is necessary for a film to do well.
As the film is about to end its run at the Box-Office, the total collections of the Hindi dubbed version stands at Rs 120 crore, which is 6 times higher than the previous highest grossing film, Robot, which collected around Rs 20 crore.
The collections of Baahubali Hindi version would have been much higher had it not faced competition in the form of a huge film like Bajrangi Bhaijaan in the second week of its release.
The movie released worldwide on 10 July, 2015 in 4 languages - Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam.
