Arms Act Case: Salman Khan thanks his fans for constant love and support post the acquittal

The Jodhpur Court acquitted Salman Khan from the case filed by the forest authorities under Arms Act. The actor was accused of using unlicensed weapons while shooting for Hum Saath Saath Hai in 1998.

After his acquittal, Salman took to twitter to thank his fans and family for constant support. He tweeted,

"Thank you for all the support and good wishes. (sic)"

Salman's acquittal has got varied reactions on the social media. While fans of the superstar are celebrating the occasion as their 'Bhai' is set free by the court, there is a section of people who is questioning the judiciary's decision.

In 2015, Khan was acquitted by the Mumbai High Court from the 2002 accident case.
