Arbaaz Khan rubbishes rumours of Sabbir Khan directing Dabangg 3

Arbaaz says Sabbir won't be directing the third part of Dabangg

Arbaaz Khan directed and produced second instalment of Salman Khan’s hit franchise Dabangg. There have been a lot of speculations about third film in the series. Some time back Prabhudeva confirmed that he will be directing the film. Now it was reported that director Sabbir Khan who made his debut with Herpopanti will be directing Dabangg 3. Arbaaz denied these reports and posted, “Sabir khan was never approached to direct or write Dabangg 3. His statement in Mumbai Mirror is untrue and rubbish. Extremely disappointing.” (Sic)

 Earlier during promotions of his film Tubelight Salman Khan made it clear that Arbaaz will not be directing the film. He had said that his younger brother will only be producing the third part and someone else will direct it.

 Both Dabangg and Dabnagg 2 starred Sonakshi Sinha and it went on to become huge hit. Salman who is currently shooting for Tiger Zinda Hai with Katrina Kaif is likely to begin work on this film next year.
