Anushka Sharma is currently gearing up for the release of her sports-drama, Sultan. The Ali Abbas Zafar film, also featuring Salman Khan, will see her essay the character of Aarfa, a Haryanvi wrestler.

The actress, who has undergone a rigorous training schedule to achieve a wrestler's body, will also be seen as a stunning Muslim bride in the film.

Director Ali Abbas Zafar took to Twitter to reveal Anushka's bridal look. Anushka looks stunning in an ivory-golden garara with minimum jewellery and makeup. Check out the photo here:

While Anushka looks radiant in the photograph, not many know that her look took a whole year to plan. A total of 167 craftsmen worked on the ivory outfit - which is a part of a new collection named Lafz, by Diva'ni and KBSH Private Limited. The creations under this collection are hand-made in Lucknow and Varanasi with intricate chikankari work on ivory and white.

Considering the countless number of Bollywood brides we've seen, Anushka's ivory outfit is a refreshing change from the conventional red or green outfits.
