Anupam Kher aces former PM Manmohan Singh's walking style; video goes viral making Twitterati react hilariously

A video of a Bollywood's veteran actor Anupam Kher is going viral on social media. In the video, Anupam Kher is seen acting as the former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Anupam Kher is working on his upcoming flick, The Accidental Prime Minister based on the book penned by Sanjaya Baru, 'The Accidental Prime Minister: The Making and Unmaking of Manmohan Singh'

In a video, the actor is seen copying the style and manner of senior Congress leader and former PM, Dr Manmohan Singh. The video clip has gone viral in which Anupam, sporting the familiar blue pagdi, white kurta-pyjama and a dark blue Nehru jacket, and a complete makeover of Dr Manmohan. Anupam Kher is seen walking, while keeping his in the manner how Mr Singh keeps.

According to report, it is not a video released by the team, but taken by others during the rehearsal of a shot in the UK.

Posting the video, Anupam wrote: “This clip was sent to me by various people. So someone captured it & posted it while I was rehearsing. It is from our shoot of #TheAccidentalPrimeMinister in the UK. So instead of you finding it on various platforms, I am happy to share it with you all myself. #PowerOfSocialMedia.”

Sanjaya was the former media advisor of former PM Dr Manmohan Singh. He is currently serving as secretary-general, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI).

As soon as video went viral, twitterati got another moment to giggle and comment hilariously.

Vijay Gutte directorial film, 'The Accidental Prime Minister' also stars Akshaye Khanna as Sanjaya and German actor Suzanne Bernert, who will essay a role of Congress chairperson Sonia Gandhi. The film is slated to release on December 21.
