Akshay Kumar and Abhishek Bachchan are hilarious in Housefull 3, says Aishwarya Rai

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is currently gearing up for the release of what is one of her most challenging films till date, Sarbjit. In the film, the actress essays the character of Sarabjit Singh's sister, Dalbir Kaur.

While Aishwarya is venturing into the serious side of cinema, her husband Abhishek Bachchan will be seen along with Akshay Kumar in the out-and-out comic caper, Housefull 3.

When asked about her opinion on comedy capers, Aishwarya told PTI, "The fact that it's such a huge successful franchise (Housefull 3), means it is succeeding in entertaining the audience. I have seen a couple of scenes of Housefull 3 as we were dubbing in same area, so Abhishek and Akshay called to see the scenes and it's a laugh riot."

After Sarbjit, Aishwarya Rai will be seen sharing screen space with Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma in Karan Johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. The film is targeting a Diwali 2016 release.

Sarbjit releases on 20 May whereas Housefull 3 is set for a 3 June release.
