Ajay Devgn, Ileana D’ Cruz begin the shooting of Raid

Ajay Devgn and Ileana D’ Cruz’s last film Baadshaho has been doing well at box office. Two actors have recently flown down to Lucknow to commence shooting for Raid. The film is based on real life events involving one of the most high profile income tax raids the country has ever known. The movie starring Ajay Devgn will go on floors on 11 September in Lucknow.

Ajay Devgn will be seen opposite Ileana D’Cruz in Raj Kumar Gupta's directorial venture. The movie also stars Saurabh Shukla.

It's going to be a 60 day nonstop shoot in Lucknow. It is set in Uttar Pradesh in the 80's, so it is being said that the crew will be shooting in old colonies of the city and Ileana’s role too is one of the most powerful one.

The shoot is expected to go on till November in the city. However, the crew will take a few breaks in between the shoot. Ajay will also get busy in promote his upcoming film Golmaal Again next month.
