After AIB, get ready for another online comic series featuring Santa Banta
Director Akashdeep, known for films like Miss 420, Ghaath and television documentary, The Roshans: Hrithik Live in Concert, is currently busy with the post production of upcoming comic caper Santa Banta.
The director considers Santa and Banta an established brand in India just like Spiderman and Superman in Hollywood. As the film is slated to release this year end or early next year, the director has come up with a unique strategy to promote his film.

Akashdeep is planning to use the digital space as one of the major marketing tools for his directorial Santa Banta. He has planned 10 funny short films to start with and all of them will not just be directed by the funny man but he will also be acting in them.
Looking at the success of AIB, Pretentious Movie Reviews and other comic shows on YouTube, we won't be surprised to see Santa Banta too leaving a mark on the digital space. Santa Banta featuring Boman Irani and Vir Das as Santa and Banta respectively, revolves around the trouble they go through because of each other.
The movie also stars Neha Dhupia and Lisa Haydon in lead.
