After Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan's exit; Uri actor Vicky Kaushal to play lead in 'Saare Jahaan Se Achcha'!
First, the film called Salute, a biopic on astronaut Rakesh Sharma was offered to Aamir Khan but the star passed the film to another superstar Shah Rukh Khan. However, after the failure of Zero, Shah Rukh Khan as well decided to come out of the project. Now reports are that when the superstars are not doing the film then the makers are planning to cast new age stars in the film.
Reports are that the makers are planning to cast Vicky Kaushal in the film, Vicky has just seen the biggest successful film of his career with his recently released film Uri. The film Uri is not just doing amazing box office collection at the box office but also getting appreciation from all over the nation. Till now many regional filmmakers have shown interest to make a remake of the film in the regional languages.

According to the speculations, producer Ronnie Screwala who is going to make Saare Jahaan Se Achcha is planning to cast Vicky Kaushal in the film after Shah Rukh Khan's exit. It is happening also because Ronnie Srewvala has just seen huge success with his film Uri starring Vicky Kaushal in the leading role.
While on the other hand, reports were also that the makers have also approached Sonchiriya actor Sushant Singh Rajput for the leading role. Actually, a few months ago there were the reports that Sushant will star in one space film called Chanda Mama Door Ke but the film soon got shelved as it became an overbudget project for the producers.
