Astronaut performs workout in space; video will make you say wow!

If you are a fitness freak then this viral video will surely motivate you even more. A video of a French astronaut enjoying his gym session in space has gone viral on social media. The clip has left netizens stunned and making everyone to say wow repeatedly.

In the video, the astronaut named Thomas Pesquet can be seen doing his workout in zero gravity. The video was shared by Pesquet on his official Twitter handle. “Muscle building from space. #SpaceWorkOut anyone? #MissionAlpha,” he wrote in the caption.

For his workout session, Pesquet is seen using the Advanced Resistive Exercise Device, ARED on the ISS. The machine gives the complete feeling of the gym environment in the space.
