An Indore-based software firm has implemented a new initiative to promote work-life balance and prevent long working hours.
The company has introduced time trackers that lock office computers and remind employees to leave the office once their shift hours are over.
The CEO of the mobile application development company, Ajay Golani, explained that the trackers were introduced in response to concerns regarding time management and long working hours among the employees.
Message to remind employees to prioritize personal time
The time tracking system utilizes a popup that appears on the office computer screen 10 minutes before the system shuts down, displaying a message that reads, "Your shift time is over. The office system will shut down in 10 minutes. Please go Home!!".
The message serves as a reminder for employees to prioritize their personal time and encourages them to leave the office on time.
This innovative initiative is being seen as a fresh approach to promoting work-life balance in the workplace.
