Jeff Hardy won the United States Championship

For the first time in the history of WWE Jeff Hardy won the United States Championship on Monday Night, defeating Jinder Mahal who won the title at WrestleMania 34.

Jeff Hardy has been in the WWE universe since 1992 and there has not been a single belt that he hasn't won except for the United States Championship which he, at last, won on Monday night on Raw after defeating Jinder Mahal.

In a backstage interview, Mahal said that he might have lost the belt but that won't last for long with Jeff. He even said that he would demand a rematch at the Greatest Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia on April 27.

In Superstar Shake-up Mahal was the first fighter to switch brands. He brought the United States Championship with him. Seth Rollins took up the Intercontinental champion belt.
