Horrifying Video: Blood-sucking leech extracted from man's nose
A 51-year-old Chinese man had nosebleeding for over a week when he decides to go to a hospital. The doctor was shocked to find out that it was blood-sucking leech that was troubling him. The video of the doctor treating the man and pulling out a live leach has gone viral.
It was after the man's wife saw something peeking out of his nose and later disappearing inside that she asked him to go the doctor. In the viral video, the doctors pull a leech using tweezers.
This viral video has been viewed for more than 1.2 million times on Facebook and shared over 18,000 times. While some were shocked others wanted to know how the leach entered his nose in the first place.
According to the man, the leech might have entered his mouth from the mountain spring water he had in China's rural Yunnan province.
This isn't the first case, last year, a cockroach crawled up a woman's nose. It was pulled out intact.
