A case was registered against the woman for allegedly raping a 14-year-old boy in the Palwal area in Haryana on Tuesday.

According to an ANI report, the case was registered against the 29-year-old woman at Palwal police station.

"The woman had earlier filed a case against the boy for raping her. However, the boy was later discharged by the court as he was a minor. The court then ordered the police to file a case against the woman," assistant sub-inspector of police, Anju Devi said to ANI

She had filed a case in September 2019 against the boy accusing him raping her and the boy was sent to judicial custody.

But, he was later discharged from a court as he was a minor.

The court has also ordered that the case should be registered against the woman and investigation should take place against her.

Further investigation is underway.
