Man slaps elderly man, kicks and threatens him; what happens next will shock you

In a horryfing incident reported from Tamil Nadu’s Coimbatore, a biker allegedly beat up an elderly man to death after he was rebuked for constant honking. The elderly man, aged 72, allegedly reprimanded the biker for repeatedly honking and almost hitting his vehicle into him. The elderly man passed away on Thrusday.

The man was named Ponnusamy. A native of Podanur, the elderly man was going for evening walk on Vellalore Road at around 7 pm on Wenesday, when the episode happened.


While on his evening walk, the elderly man confronted Siva, a youth on his bike, for persistently honking and nearly hitting him with his two-wheeler.

According to a report by The Times of India, the accused allegedly shoved Ponnusamy down, kicked him and issued threats with dire consequences before running awway from the spot.

Following the incident, the elderly man’s son Marudhachalam arrived at the spot and took him to a hospital. The elderly man was later shifted to a private hospital. However, he succumbed to the injuries on Thursday morning.

As maintained by the victim’s son, the biker was named Siva and he was the son-in-law of their neighbour. After being informed about the case, the police charged the accused under section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code. The police have also set up a SIT to arrest the accused as soon as possible.
