Shravan Purnima 2021 Tithi:

As per the Hindu calendar, the Purnima Tithi for Raksha Bandhan will begin at 7 pm on August 21 (Saturday) and will end at 5:31 pm on August 22 (Sunday).

Raksha Bandhan Shubh Muhurat 2021:

Sisters can tie the rakhi on their brothers’ wrist from 06:15 am to 05:31 pm on August 22.
It is very important to see a shubh muhurat before doing good work or any rituals.

Therefore, celebrate the Raksha Bandhan festival in the shubh muhurat.

As per Hindu belief, sisters should not tie the rakhi during the Bhadra period, which usually falls in the first half of Purnima.
