Speed News Desk | Updated on: 7 February 2017, 1:21 IST

On 29 August, a bomb went off outside the Brussels Criminology Institute. No casualties have been reported as of now.

Belgian media reports suggest that incident occurred at around 2:30 am local time (7:00 am IST).

Initial reports suggest that a car carrying one or more suspects entered the premises of the institute, and detonated a bomb near the laboratories of the institute.

With the Islamic State unleashing multiple terror attacks since March, the terror alert level in Brussels remains at level 3.

This is a breaking news. Further details will be updated shortly.
