Thirteen people have reportedly been killed and another six been injured in a fire that broke out at a bar in Rouen, northern France, earlier today.
An enquiry is still underway to establish and confirm the cause of the fire.
According to local media, the victims are mostly young people between the ages of 18 and 25 who had gathered to celebrate a birthday party at the Cuba Libre bar, in the northern city of Rouen.
The fire started around midnight, according to reports and firefighters responded to the emergency.

The fire was allegedly caused by an accidental explosion on site, reports local media.
