Karan Patel popularly known as Raman Bhalla from Star Plus' daily soap Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is one of those celebrities who is known to have a voice and opinion about everything. He is quite active on the social media and yet again he is back with his version on a new range of condoms, the packaging of which seems interesting and teaches that non-consensual sex is wrong. He has yet again won the hearts of the Twitterati who loved his view on the same.
Sharing the advertisemnet on his Twitter account, he wrote, "This new range of condoms won’t open unless both partners agree to open it together. Yes it takes 4 hands to open it. Even a box realises that sex without consent is Wrong .... but when will some humans with boxed brains ever get that into their head."

Talking about his work, he is currently seen playing the role of Raman in the Star Plus show which is supposed to go off AIR soon. Talking about the show going to end, he said that he has also heard about the rumors but he is not confirmed if they are true or not. He said, "Speculations are there for a long time but I think as long as the show is there, enjoy it. Why worry about the end when you still have the show going on air?"
Karan has even come up with his own business about which he said, "I'm very excited about it as it’s a first for me. We have partied a lot at other places and now let's see how it feels to partially own one of them. For an actor, nothing is certain. There could be times when you are doing great and there could also be a time when there is a lull period. Other than that, I come from a business family and I am a Gujarati, hence the move."
