This Sasural Simar Ka actress opens up about her 2 years long secret marriage with Tennis player; details inside
Meghna Naidu who rose to the fame from song ‘Kaliyon Ka Chaman’ in which she blew the fire with her performance is married from past two years and had kept it a secret till today. The actress who has done TV shows like Sasural Simar Ka and Jodha Akbar s married to a tennis player Luis Miguel Reis.
Apart from other celebrities Meghna dreamed of marrying in a close-knit ceremony and her wish came true two years ago when her then boyfriend now husband Luis asked her mother a gift on her birthday and the gift turned out to the duo getting married the very next day. Recently, in an interview she officially announced that she got married on 25th December 2016.
In an interview she said that she never felt like announcing her marriage as she doesn't like attention and is not a fan of Big fat weddings and only recently she felt of announcing her marriage to the world so here she is announcing her marriage with a post on her Instagram. She recalls that it was an overnight decision it was like ‘chat mangani pat beyah’ for the actress and didn't get time to do shopping nor she was able to apply Mehendi.
She got married in an Aiyappa temple with Hindu rituals meanwhile they are planning to have a Church wedding next year for which they will have ample amount of time to prepare.
Talking about her love story she was introduced to Luis by her father and soon they started dating but after brief time they grew apart as Lusi believed that she is 10 years younger to him and is not serious regarding there relationship. After 8 long years Luis once again contacted her through Facebook and since then no one can apart them. She recalls when she announced to her parents that she is dating Luis and is serious to this her parents were quite happy and her father said that he is a great guy.
Coming back to Meghna is currently focusing on her personal life and juggling between Mumbai, Portugal and Dubai. This is the only reason why she is not working and is enjoying her honeymoon period since two years.
