Aksar 2 star Gautam Rode finally engaged to actress Pankhuri Awasthy
Gautam Rode is one of the most handsome and popular actors of the television industry, and when he came to the television screen with his shows like Suryaputra Karn and Bhansali's Saraswatichandra the audience went crazy for him. However, now this heartthrob of television is no more a bachelor as the actor has got engaged.
According to some reports, Gautam Rode is now engaged with television actress Pankhuri Awasthy. Gautam Rode and Pankhuri Awashty first met during the shooting of their show Suryaputra Karn. In this show, Gautam Rode played the role of Karn and Pankhuri played the role of Draupadi.
Now in a report of Bombay Times, a source has said, "They had a small roka ceremony attended by their families. Both Gautam and Pankhuri are introverts and they have always remained guarded about their personal lives. They have been together for almost two years now and decided to get engaged during Diwali, making it even more special for their loved ones."
According to the reports, both actors got engaged in a private Roka ceremony on Diwali at their private place. The interesting thing is that Gautam Rode is 40 years old and Pankhuri is 15 years younger than him. However, the huge gap has never created trouble for the couple and now they have decided to take forward their relation to next level.
