Roadies Real Heroes: Gang leader Nikhil Chinapa is disappointed and has a very shocking thing to say about every contestant!

Talking about one of the toughest reality shows of the small screen the first name that comes in mind is that of the popular show MTV Roadies. The 18th season of the show began in the form of Roadies Real Heroes with 25 shortlisted contestants and helmed by Rannvijay Singha and five gang leaders – Neha Dhupia, Prince, Raftaar, Nikhil Chinapa and hockey player Sandeep Singh, who happens to be a new addition to the show. The journey began in Kerala where the contestants had to save the gang leaders and something happened that upsetted Nikhil just in the beginning of the season.

Nikhil happens to be one of the sternest judges out of the other judges and is the most difficult to please. He recently came up with an advise for all those who only want to become a Roadie but doesn't know how to play the game. It all happened after a task where Ranvijay announced that the contestants had to save gang leaders who would be blindfolded and caged in which Prince won. The shocking thing was that none of the contestant helped Neha and Nikhil.

Roadies Real Heroes

He gets disappointed and said, “That first picture was taken before the task began. I knew I was in trouble, I just didn’t know how much trouble I was in. When the task was announced, I asked Rannvijay, 'Can the Roadies help more than one gang leader?' When he said they couldn’t, I knew Neha and I were probably going to be in trouble. Neither of us were going to be anyone’s first choice, which meant not only were we not going to win this task, but we’d probably also be at a disadvantage for whatever was going to happen next as well. Not a great start to the season. Not just for us, but for 5 other Roadies who weren’t going to make it past Munnar - a point that nobody seemed to have realized, yet."

Gang leaders

He also shared an advise for all the contestants and said, "Here’s the thing with some Roadies - they often can’t see the obvious - even when obvious is waving a flag and slapping them in the face with a foot-long Kerala banana. Everyone comes to the show saying, 'Mujhe Roadie banna hai aur mein yeh show jeet ke jaonga'. Sounds familiar? But nobody’s thinking, 'how do I get into a gang and make sure I’m not the first one to get voted out?' Because someone is going to get voted out. Not just one person - but five. Do the math - every gang can only have 4 Roadies. Neha and I may have lost the first task and we’ll live with it but some of the contestants have, unfortunately, just lost the whole season.”
