Bigg Boss 9 contestant, Rishabh Sinha will soon be seen in a Bollywood film, Titled Ishq vs Love. With this, he has joined the long list of people who have witnessed sudden popularity after being a part of the controversial reality show. Think Rakhi Sawant, Rahul Mahajan, KRK...
Rishabh has landed the lead role in the film, with actor Afroz Khan opposite him.
Produced by Arsalaan Khan, Ishq vs Love will be a musical rom com. It will address the problems of a young couple who are unaware about their feelings for each other.
The first schedule of the film has already been completed. Prakash Kutty is the DOP (Director of Photography) and the lyrics are being penned by Niket Pandey.
Rishabh, who couldn't win BB9, turned out to be the first runner up of the show. However, he impressed the viewers with his innocence and zeal to win the show.
There have been many Bigg Boss contestants whose careers have either been revived or taken off just because of their presence in the show.
Season 8's Gautam Gultai has also bagged a major role in the Emraan Hashmi starrer, Azhar. While Gauahar Khan was already a popular name in Bollywood, the controversial reality TV show helped her increase her fan base as well as mark her presence in the showbiz circuit. She is now a red carpet regular at all major Bollywood awards.
Even KRK became 'KRK' after his controversial stint in the show's 3rd season.
The show also gave us an extra bold Rakhi Sawant. Yes, she had established her name before participating in Bigg Boss, but her histrionics in the BB house took her popularity to another level.
Prior entering Bigg Boss, Rahul Mahajan was just the 'son' of his late politician father, Pramod Mahajan. However, his antics in the show made him popular enough so that he could enjoy his wedding on national television!
Talking about the names Bigg Boss introduced in the industry? Let's just say Sunny Leone and rest the case!
