Indian Idol 11: Neha Kakkar gifts 1 lakh rupee to contestant; reason will make your eyes fill with tears

Sony’s popular singing reality-based show Indian Idol 11 hit the headlines a few weeks ago when a contestant forcibly kissed judge Neha Kakkar which left everyone in shock. Netizens wanted strict action against him however as per co-judge Vishal Dadlani’s tweet she refused as she believed that he is mentally unwell. 

After this shocking incident, the Saki Saki singer is once again hitting the headlines for an emotional reason. Neha who is known as cry baby of Indian Idol recently got emotional and gifted 1 lakh rupees to a contestant as a Diwali gift and the reason will melt your heart. As you all know the show is witnessing amazing talents and amazing voices making their way.

One such contestant is Diwas who impressed judges with his beautiful voice. After praising him he is asked about his Diwali plans to which he says that this Diwali is very special because he is on the stage in front of them. However, he gets emotional as he tells them that from the past 6 years he is away from home.

All this while he used to work at the factory and from inside only he used to see everyone celebrating the festival and bursting crackers. Neha gets emotional after hearing his heartbreaking story and gifts him 1 lakh rupees and asks him to buy new clothes and gifts for his family and this time go home via plane.
