Game of Thrones season 6 teaser: We watch, we listen, and we remember

"They have no idea what's going to happen"

HBO has released the teaser of Game Of Thrones Season 6. The 41-second video gives us one precious glimpse of Jon Snow followed by a montage of trauma from mostly previous seasons. Here are the highlights:

1. It begins with the narration from Max von Sydow, the new voice of the Three-Eyed Raven. He says "We watch, we listen, and we remember," as he guides Bran Stark.

2. The series of tragic events shown in the video comprise Jon Snow's assassination, Ned Stark's beheading, Rob and Catelyn Stark's deaths at the Red Wedding, King Joffrey's poisoning, Arya going blind, Jaime Lannister's hand being severed, dragons and White Walkers.

3. The season 6 of GoT is based on George R R Martin's Winds Of Winter, a sneak peak of which can be seen in the short video.

4. It also gives a hint into how the upcoming season will focus on the Bastard Son, as Bran progresses the narration by saying "The past is already written. The ink is dry."
