Fat to Fit! Mahabharat's Kunti Shafaq Naaz hot avatar will raise your heartbeats
Chidiyaghar fame actress Shefaq Naaz says since she has entered TV industry, she has never taken a break. She was so busy in work that she had no time for herself and that's why she became fatty. According to Shafaq, she feels so aged. Well, now she is slim-trim and let me tell you that she had lost her 13 KG weight in just one and a half month.
On her weight she said, we TV actors work so hard and continues work for 12-12 hours and whenever we get free we don't have that enough energy to do something for ourselves. That's why I took a break. I am just 24 years old, but I put lots of weight I personally thought I am 35-40 years old. It was like I am totally an aged woman.
She added, I love myself a lot and have a passion for fashion, I have never put on that much weight. I was always lean, I got frustrated seeing myself fatty. So I decided to lose weight.
I have reduced 13 KG weight in just one and a half month, it took a lot of hard work. I just not did workout but also followed a regular diet plan. This is to notice that the actress has worked in shows like Sapna Babul Ka Bidai (2010), Sanskaar Laxmi (2011), Shubh Vivaah (2012), Mahabharat (2014) and other shows.
