GOT New Updates : Emilia Clarke aka Khaleesi says 'goodbye' to fantasy series Game Of Thrones; leaves heartfelt post
The most loved actress Emilia Clarke, of the most cherished and praised Television series, Game of Thrones bids her farewell from the series. Khaleesi or Daenerys Targaryen says goodbye to the HBO's fantasy series Game of Thrones, based on the book series A Song of Ice and Fire by George R. R. Martin. Emilia leaves a heartfelt post for her fans. Well, the fans would worry that they won't get their favourite Khaleesi on the screen.
Well, fans need not worry as they will get to watch their favourite actress as Khaleesi. The farewell bid comes following the wrap up of her Game of Thrones shoot.
She wrote, "Hopped on a boat to an island to say goodbye to the land that has been my home away from home for almost a decade," Clarke wrote with the post.
"It's been a trip @gameofthrones thank you for the life I never dreamed I'd be able to live and the family I'll never stop missing."
Emilia Clarke aka Khaleesi is one of the powerful characters in the Game of Thrones series. Emilia enjoys huge numbers of fan followers across the world including India. Game of Thrones season 8, which was announced by HBO on July 26, will be the concluding season of the TV series. If reports are to be believed, the finale season of Game of Thrones is to be aired in April of 2019.
As the GOT is expected to release in summer 2019, Emilia's early wrap up could lead to speculations about her character's destiny on the show. Sad to say, the lastest and final season will have only six episodes which all may or may not include Clarke.
